Building Rental Information
Information about renting the Lanesville Jaycee building
The Lanesville Jaycee Building is a great place to have wedding receptions, partys, workshops, reunions, anniversary parties, live entertainment, television and movie shoots, seminars, lectures, slide shows, presentations and just about any other event that you would like to have. There is a full kitchen, along with the main hall that will seat over 100 people, clean restrooms, and another room for smaller meetings.
We provide the tables and chairs needed for your event. The building is air conditioned and heated for your comfort. There is plenty of parking for your guests also.
We do not provide any services with this rental other than what is stated above. You must set up and take down the tables and chairs. You provide your own decorations, refreshments and utensils.
The rental fee is $150. To reserve the building for a date and a damage deposit, an additional $100 deposit is required.
